Happening at Mount Holyoke
Actor, playwright, screenwriter, singer, songwriter, producer and director John Cameron Mitchell will be at Mount Holyoke College on Monday, March 10, 2025, for a screening and discussion of his 2001 film “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.”
Mount Holyoke College President Danielle R. Holley provided an introduction for a showing of “Nomadland,” directed by Chloé Zhao ’05, at Amherst Cinema. The event, part of a series called “Five on Film,” highlights alums of the Five College Consortium.
Mount Holyoke College film and media student Aderet Fishbane has been selected as one of NBCU’s Original Voices Accelerator Fellows. The six-month fellowship is designed to provide a direct pipeline to a career for young creatives.
